Our Company Culture

We are the European fintech ecosystem, a place where employees enjoy the best of both – the dynamic fintech start-up world Berlin is known for, and the professional level of expertise we have built up over the years.

We pride ourselves on our open, honest and progressive work environment. Our success lies in striving to live by our values: responsibility, curiosity, diversity, impact, trust, and collaboration.

Our company culture is not only based on the values we’ve defined over the years, but also a strong feedback system, structured onboarding processes, regular employee satisfaction surveys, employee development talks, and of course the outstanding talent that works with us to reshape the future of finance. Together.
