FinLeap is celebrating Christmas: a christmas market & an underground party

One week ago, on the 1st of December, after few months of planning and organising, the whole FinLeap ecosystem came together – celebrating the collectively achieved successes in 2017 as well as getting in the right mood for upcoming christmas. All FinLeap employees, joined by colleagues from our twelve ventures were invited to toast a successful year together.

Before the event officially started at 7 pm, you could already feel the pleasant anticipation in the office. Everyone started to dress and freshen up for the upcoming party. The night started with  a cozy little christmas market, that took place on the parking deck in front of our building. There were six wooden huts serving traditional Christmas Market treats like fresh waffles, “Flammkuchen”, German Bratwurst, delicious pumpkin soup and sweet treats. Of course there was traditional mulled wine to warmen up in the cold. With the colleagues from the ventures arriving, we all had a great time meeting and chatting with new and familiar faces.

Before the christmas market came to an end, it was time for the speech of our CEO Ramin Niroumand taking place in the festively decorated, warm tent with christmas trees and comfy benches. Accentuated with funny GIFs,  Ramin gave a retrospective of 2017, looking back on this year’s highlights – the tent was filled with laugh and a good atmosphere!

After everyone had enjoyed the christmas market, it was about time for the next chapter: going downstairs into our own underground club! The underground garage of the H:32 building was transformed into a club with the typical Berlin club atmosphere: Concrete walls, flash lights, a DJ spinning the tunes from the 80s, 90s and todays hits. At the bar, cocktails were served. We partied and danced the night away until the early morning.
