FinLeap has more than 270 employees from all over the world that work towards the success of the company builder and its ventures. The FinLeap team is unique: its members not only come from different countries, but also from different professional backgrounds allowing the company to combine technology capabilities, industrial expertise, and entrepreneurial execution towards success.

Yesterday, FinLeap was recognized by the media in three great articles, all including a member of the team.

Benjamin Brühl

Our Head of Product Benjamin Brühl was interviewed by Deutsche Startups about his responsibilities at FinLeap and his usual daily routine. He is collaborating with ventures on many levels to help them build up their product. Ben enjoys the open-minded atmosphere, the flexibility of tasks and, of course, the helpful colleagues.

Michael Weinreich

Handelsblatt spoke to Michael Weinreich who is now a Venture Partner at FinLeap. Before FinLeap, Michael was the CEO of Arvato Financial Solutions, a subsidiary company of Bertelsmann AG. As one of the industry experts in the company, Michael is ambitious towards his new challenge in Fintech – Business Development. He is fully convinced that FinLeap has a future and will grow tremendously in the upcoming years.

Ramin Niroumand

FinLeap’s Co-Founder and Managing Director Ramin Niroumand talked to Positionen Magazin about building up the ventures. FinLeap chooses highly-qualified individuals to work on upcoming ventures in all dimensions. After helping the startups in the beginning, FinLeap aims to shape them into fully independent companies.
