The finleap summer offsite – all fun and games

The finleap team, both from Berlin and Milan, ready for a day full of activities!

August 9th was the perfect summer day for our finleap offsite, which spanned from Treptower Park and all the way through Berlin’s young, multicultural Kreuzberg district. With almost 100 team members from Berlin and Milan, we enjoyed a day full of fun activities. Starting near the river Spree, the team competed in a variety of different disciplines, including cross golf, cross boccia, disk golf and tug of war. While it was a lot of fun, everyone showed their true competitive spirit.

The team discovered new talents and strengths through games like tug-of-war and cross golf.

After several hours of activities throughout the Treptower Park, the team hopped on Circ e-scooters to ride all the way through the city from East to West. It was a spectacular sight to see almost 100 people all riding e-scooters at the same time. Disclaimer: No one got hurt and everyone reached the location safely – thanks to an excellent safety briefing. After all, safety first.

Once the team arrived at the next location, Ramin Niroumand, CEO and Founder of finleap, opened the celebrations with a retrospective of our ecosystem’s successful first half of 2019, and a preview of the exciting developments to come. Celebrating successes is a cornerstone of finleap’s company culture. It does not come as a surprise that the entire company took to celebrating the excellent work of our colleagues during the announcements of recent promotions.

The team traveled all around Berlin on e-scooters.

The official program ended with a large finleap pub quiz. Initially planned as a side program point for all quizmasters at finleap, it turned into an extended competition with everyone joining in – in it to win it. Of course, we also celebrated this victory. Well, at least the winning team did.
